We are looking for a skilled finance professional with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team as a Sr. Executive - Finance Accounts in Amara Raja Batt.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage product costing, inventory monitoring, and control to ensure optimal resource utilization.

- Review receivables with marketing teams and ensure timely funds availability.

- Conduct line-wise concept conversion cost analysis at the shop floor level.

- Analyze expenses in SAP and compare them with budgeted figures.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance output and performance.

- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and accounts, preferably in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of financial concepts,



including product costing and inventory management.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a team workplace and communicate complex ideas clearly.

- Proficiency in SAP and other financial software applications.

- Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance requirements.
