Role Overview

We are hiring a Growth Strategy & Operations Associate to scale Turings top-of-funnel acquisition across both developers (Supply) and customers (Demand).You will work closely with the Head of Talent Growth and partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Sales to translate growth strategy into measurable execution.This is a high-ownership, data-driven role at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and operations.

Job responsibilities

- Define, execute, and measure Turings demand/supply growth strategy with the Head of Talent Growth.
- Own growth automation, including exploring recent channels/data operations and managing the marketing-to-sales hand-off.
- Identify growth opportunities across Demand and Supply verticals.
- Plan and execute programs/projects for operations-led, product-led, marketing-led, and data-backed growth.
- Facilitate seamless execution of all growth initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage and enhance existing marketing asset quality and effectiveness.
- Responsible for problem identification, hypothesis building, experimentation, measurement, and rapid iteration of daily activities.




- Prepare and present marketing initiative updates for monthly business reviews.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Sales leadership.
- Must be hands-on, toggling between marketing technology operations, strategy, and execution.

Job requirements :

- 3–4 years in high-growth startups, strategy, operations, or consulting; experience with high-growth OKRs preferred.
- Engineering/STEM degree from a top institution (e.g., IIT) preferred.
- Strong analytical skills required; ability to dive into data, collaborate with data scientists, and translate insights into actionable operations/product features. SQL a plus.
- Must effectively interface with diverse teams (Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales), clearly communicate priorities, set expectations, and maintain collaborative relationships.
- Natural aptitude for tackling ambiguous, varied problems; comfortable with uncertainty, hearing "no," 80% solutions, and pushing through challenges.
- Must quickly define and structure problems, break them down, and demonstrate swift progress.
