Working Days: Monday Friday (Sat and Sun fixed offs)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Technology and Product Hiring Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT technology and product hiring, with a proven track record of closing emerging and niche skills. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions (software developers, testers, DevOps, data engineers, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.)
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking
- Evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS and prepare hiring reports
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Stay updated on IT industry trends, skills, and hiring practices
