1. Ability to understand engineering drawings and execute the work at construction site as per

drawings. Valuable understanding of civil & structural jobs, project execution, infrastructure

projects, enabling jobs and maintain project schedule.

2. Witnessing various field tests at construction site & compilation and certification of field test

reports

3. Pre pour checks in accordance to working drawings

4. Checking of Hold point & Check point prior to pouring

5. Preparation and compilation of site daily progress report

6. Checking the survey points prior to start of job.

7. Attending toolbox meeting and briefing of safety talk with TSL officer

8. Checking and closure of NCR

9. Monitoring TSL hired resources at site and JMR signing.

10. Checking of workplace safety and workers adherence to PPEs during working at site.

11. Removal of scrap from site and dispatch to IM section

12. Checking free issue stock at site and updating the free issue register

13. Follow up with vendors supervisor for getting desired output and productivity of deployed

workers at site.
