We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Training & Development Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in training and development, with a robust background in process training and international settings.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for employees.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted training solutions.
- Design and deliver discipline-specific professional and process/tool knowledge training.
- Provide non-technical training on general workplace standards, processes, and tools.
- Lead a team of specialists, including coaching, mentoring, and training others.




- Ensure the implementation of short to medium term activities within the business area or support sub-functions.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in an international setting.
- Strong understanding of CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing effective training programs.
- A B.Tech/B.E. degree is required.
