We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and other key partners.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations to identify the best candidates.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
