Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, dealers, and business partners.
- Explain Loom Solar products and generate sales leads.
- Build customer relationships and address product related queries.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns and other marketing sources.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the regional sales team for lead closure.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Ensure excellent customer experience during every interaction.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or outbound sales will be preferred.
- Fluency in one of the following languages is mandatory: Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, persuasion,



and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).

- Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with a target oriented approach.
- Ability to build rapport with customers over phone.
- Willingness to learn about solar products and renewable energy solutions.
