Role Summary:
We are looking for a skilled SAP CIDS Consultant with 5-8 years of experience in data integration and ETL development using SAP Cloud Integration for Data Services (CIDS). The candidate will be responsible for building scalable data integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems, supporting cloud transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop data integration workflows and data flows using SAP CIDS
- Implement ETL processes for data migration, replication, and synchronization
- Integrate SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, BW/4HANA, IBP etc.) with cloud/on-prem systems
- Configure and manage datastores, connections, and agents
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from diverse data sources
- Develop and maintain custom transformations and reusable components
- Ensure data quality, cleansing, and validation rules
- Monitor and troubleshoot data jobs, failures, and performance issues
- Support data migration and system integration projects
- Collaborate with business teams for data mapping, logic, and requirements
- Prepare technical documentation, mappings, and test cases
- Participate in SIT, UAT, and production support

Required Skills & Experience:
Core Skills:

- 5-8 years of experience in SAP Data Services / SAP CIDS
- Solid understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousing

Hands-on experience in:

- Data flows,



workflows, tasks, and projects
- Transformations (Query, Join, Lookup, Case, Validation, etc.)

Experience integrating:

- SAP SAP systems (Specifically S/4 HANA, BW/4 HANA, IBP)
- SAP Non-SAP systems

Knowledge of:

- Batch and real-time data integration scenarios
- Data migration lifecycle

Technical Skills

- SAP HANA, SAP IBP, BW, CI-DS

Experience with:

- OData services
- APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Flat files, XML, JSON integrations
- Familiarity with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
- Performance tuning and handling large data volumes

Nice to Have:

- Basic understanding of ABAP / CDS views
- SAP certification in Data Services or Integration

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication with functional & technical teams
- Ability to work independently and in Agile teams
- Good documentation and stakeholder management skills

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent related field of study preferred
- SAP certification (preferred)

Experience Expectations (5-8 Years):

- Handle end-to-end CIDS development independently
- Participate in solution design discussions
- Optimize performance of existing jobs
- Provide L2/L3 support
- Guide junior developers when needed
