Role & responsibilities

- Work with clients and provide leadership on ITSM best practices
- Gather and understand requirements from clients
- Conduct gap analysis and assessments to identify the delta between ServiceNow and ITSM processes
- Design, develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions
- Develop and test all ServiceNow and ITSM Applications Suite Implementations
- Install and Configure ServiceNow infrastructure workplace
- Assist in designing, developing and product demonstration of product
- Participate in Project team collaboration sessions with PM, ITTL engineers and administrators
- Provide support for existing production applications and recommend opportunities for enhancements
- Support and enhance ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB capabilities, including Discovery and Service Mapping
- Assist with CMDB data modeling, CI classes, relationships, and standards aligned to CSDM
- Troubleshoot discovery issues, identification and reconciliation conflicts, and data quality concerns
- Support service onboarding and ITSM operational use cases (Incident,



Problem, Change) using CMDB data
- Configure and support MID Servers and ITOM data sources
- Assist with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related technical field
- 4 years hands on implementation experience with ServiceNow ITSM products
- 4 experience developing with ServiceNow software suite
- Experience in upgrades to ServiceNow
- ITIL 3V Foundation Certified
- Knowledge and experience with web development ( HTML, JavaScript, C++, HTTP)
- Knowledge of major task, deliverables, formal methodologies and disciplines for delivering new enhances applications
- Experience with IT Service Management, service desk, asset management, incident management and change management via ServiceNow is preferred
- Experience setting up ServiceNow Catalogs
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation and cross-team collaboration skills
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB.
- Deep understanding of:
- CI classes and relationships
- Identification & reconciliation rules
- Discovery schedules and patterns
- CSDM concepts (Foundation, Design, Manage technical services)
