Role & responsibilities

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial automation equipment at the component (chip) level.
- Repair and test AC Drives (VFDs), DC Drives, Servo Drives, PLCs, HMIs, SMPS, Industrial PCBs, and Power Supplies.
- Identify faulty components and carry out high-quality repairs.
- Perform functional testing, calibration, and quality checks before dispatch.
- Prepare repair reports and maintain service records.
- Ensure repairs are completed within committed turnaround times.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
- 310+ years of experience in repairing industrial automation products.
- Hands-on experience with AC Drives, DC Drives,



Servo Drives, PLCs, HMIs, and SMPS.
- Strong knowledge of electronic circuits and component-level troubleshooting.
- Experience with major brands such as Siemens, ABB, Mitsubishi, Yaskawa, Delta, Danfoss, Schneider, Omron, Fuji, Lenze, Allen-Bradley, Fanuc, or Bosch Rexroth is preferred.
- Ability to read circuit diagrams and use testing instruments like oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
