Role & responsibilities -

Develop and execute the company's B2B sales strategy to achieve business growth.

Drive sales across dealers, distributors, institutional clients, OEMs, industrial customers, and project businesses.

Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base across domestic markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and strategic accounts.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Develop annual sales plans, budgets, and revenue forecasts.

Monitor sales performance and prepare MIS reports for management.

Coordinate with marketing, production, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.

Lead contract negotiations and close high-value business deals.





Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings to promote the company's products.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Preferred candidate profile -

Candidates with experience in HVAC, air coolers, ventilation products, industrial equipment, electrical products, pumps, building materials, or manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Experience in building and managing dealer/distributor networks and institutional sales is highly desirable.

Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
