Role Overview

TK Opus Solutions is looking for a creative and user-focused Lead Product Designer to shape the user experience of our products across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric digital experiences. You will be responsible for translating product ideas into engaging designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a consistent design language across the product ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web, desktop, and mobile applications.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and product ecosystem across platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate business and user requirements into effective design solutions.
- Conduct user research and incorporate user feedback to improve product usability and experience.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with modern UI/UX best practices.




- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance product functionality, usability, and overall user experience.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, interaction design, information architecture, user research, and usability best practices.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects, design thinking, and problem-solving skills (portfolio submission is mandatory).
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is preferred.
- Solid visual design skills, including typography, color theory, layout, and design systems.
- Excellent creativity, analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
- Demonstrated ownership, leadership potential, and a genuine interest in building a long-term career with the organization.
