Role & responsibilities

Assemble drone structures including frame, motors, propellers, landing gear and payload mounts

Integrate electronic components into the airframe following engineering guidelines

Perform routine maintenance, repairs and replacement of damaged components

Maintain inventory of drone parts, tools and consumables for smooth operations

Assist engineers during prototype builds and field testing activities

Ensure build quality, proper fastening and safety checks before deployment

Support logistics, packing and handling of drones during field operations

Preferred candidate profile

Robust hands-on mechanical skills with ability to assemble and repair hardware systems

Familiarity with common tools and special tools such as crimping tools

Basic understanding of drone components and how they function together

Ability to identify and troubleshoot mechanical or integration issues

Attention to detail to ensure quality and safety in assembly

Willingness to work in field environments and support operations
