Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including FSSAI guidelines and HACCP principles.

- Oversee plant operations, ensuring effective production processes and maintaining high-quality products.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement in food processing and quality control.

- Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to productivity, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry (food processing).

- B.Sc degree from a recognized university (General or relevant field).

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple departments.

- Good Knowledge 0f plant operations and maintenance of various equipment.
