Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee and strengthen our people practices, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR compliance standards.
- Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding.
