Role & responsibilities

Design and integrate drone electrical systems including power distribution boards and battery management

Select and configure components such as motors, ESCs, batteries and voltage regulators

Perform wiring, soldering and secure routing of cables to ensure reliability and safety

Integrate sensors like GPS, IMU, LiDAR and cameras with flight controller systems

Optimize power consumption to maximize flight time and system efficiency

Diagnose and fix electrical issues such as short circuits, signal noise or component failure

Support firmware configuration and calibration of electronic components

Preferred candidate profile

Robust understanding of electrical circuits, power systems and electronic components

Hands-on experience with UAV hardware such as ESCs, motors, PDBs and batteries

Proficiency in soldering, wiring and use of testing tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes

Knowledge of communication protocols like UART, I2C, SPI and CAN

Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot hardware issues effectively

Basic experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers
