We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Brand Associate to join our retail team at Jewar Airport. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, sales, and creating an exceptional shopping experience while contributing to the store's overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their needs and preferences.
- Recommend products and provide styling or product-related guidance.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Drive sales by increasing Average Bill Value (ABV) and Units Per Transaction (UPT).
- Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
- Ensure merchandise is replenished and displayed according to visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and overall store presentation.
- Manage stock on the sales floor and assist with stock counts when required.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, exchanges, and returns professionally.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager for inventory replenishment and operational requirements.
- Follow company SOPs related to customer service, safety, security, and store operations.

Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, travel retail, or similar sectors.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for retail are encouraged to apply.
Mandatory Requirements
- Valid Passport (mandatory for airport access).
- Successful Police Verification (mandatory for working inside the airport premises).
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in airport retail or organized retail will be an added advantage.
- Excellent customer handling and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
