Job Description

Jith Mechsolutions LLP is hiring a Site Support Executive to support our industrial project sites. This is a field-based role suitable for candidates who are willing to travel, stay at project sites, and assist in day-to-day site administration and coordination.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain records of workers' advances and submit reports to the Head Office.
- Arrange workers' accommodation and ensure all essential facilities are available.
- Purchase daily requirements and other essential items for workers.
- Coordinate with the Site Supervisor for day-to-day site requirements.
- Arrange food for workers whenever overtime (OT) work is scheduled, if required.
- Arrange transportation or local commuting for workers whenever required for site activities.




- Drive the company vehicle for official site work and local purchases.
- Identify reliable local vendors and arrange required materials or services.
- Maintain petty cash, purchase bills, and expense records.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to the Head Office.
- Support smooth site administration and coordinate between the project site and the Head Office.

Eligibility

- Plus Two / Diploma / Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Valid LMV Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Must be willing to travel and stay at project sites anywhere in India.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
- Honest, responsible, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
