Role & responsibilities

Learning & Development

- Conduct induction and orientation programs for current employees.
- Develop and implement the annual training calendar.
- Organize refresher and skill development training.
- Coordinate On-the-Job Training (OJT) and competency assessments.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent, contract, apprentice, and trainee positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, employee referrals, campus drives, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate technical and HR interview schedules.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

Preferred candidate profile

Working Conditions

- Manufacturing plant and corporate office environment.
- Frequent interaction with production, quality, maintenance, EHS, and business teams.
- Occasional travel to other company locations for recruitment or training activities, if required.
