Roles and Responsibility

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop effective solutions using ServiceNow.

- Design, implement, and maintain processes and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.

- Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and features implemented using ServiceNow.

- Analyze business needs and recommend improvements through process optimization and automation.

- Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures related to ServiceNow implementations.

- Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems related to ServiceNow implementations.

Job Requirements

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and functionalities such as ITSM, HRSD,



CMDB, etc.

- Experience in process consulting and implementing ServiceNow solutions is required.

- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
