Lead mechanical maintenance for rotating and static equipment across assigned plants.
Job Responsibilities
Manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance; shutdowns; repair quality; contractors; field execution; spares planning; and coordination with reliability and inspection teams. Ensure mechanical systems are maintained for high availability and safe operation.

Nature of Experience
Mechanical maintenance leadership in continuous-process industries covering rotating and static equipment.
Industry Preference
Petrochemical Refinery PVC Chlor-Alkali Fertilizer Cement Heavy Process Industry
Preferred Exposure
Shutdowns, field maintenance systems, rotating equipment, static equipment, contractor management, and reliability-linked maintenance planning.
