Job Title: Sr Procurement Manager, PDS

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to lead Procurement team. The Senior Procurement Manager will oversee end-to-end procurement processes for JLLs build projects, developing and implementing strategies that drive cost savings and operational efficiency. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can manage high-value contracts, lead a team of procurement professionals, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing JLLs competitive advantage through cutting-edge procurement practices, ultimately contributing to the companys local growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost savings
- Oversee the entire procurement process, from requisition to payment
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals
- Analyze market trends and conduct spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide procurement solutions
- Implement and maintain procurement systems and technologies
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement activities
- Manage risk in the supply chain and develop contingency plans
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes
- Prepare and present reports on procurement performance to senior management

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor s degree in engineering, Architecture or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.





- 8-10 years of proven experience in the interior Fit-out industry, with at least 4-5 years in a similar role within a Design Build firm is must.

- Robust technical knowledge in both Construction Interiors (CI) and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.

- Experience in handling PAN India roles is mandatory.

- Professional certifications: Such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).

- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, and supply chain management.

- Expertise in contract negotiation and vendor management.

- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle , Jaggaer).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.

- Strong leadership and team management experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

- Demonstrated ability to drive cost savings and process improvements.

- Experience in developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures.

- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in procurement.

- Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.

- Experience in risk management related to supply chain and procurement.

- Familiarity with sustainability and ethical sourcing practices.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
