We are looking for an experienced Logistics Executive to manage international logistics operations and ensure seamless coordination between Indian suppliers and global manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in export documentation, vendor compliance, customs regulations, and cross-border freight management.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely export documentation.
- Verify and audit shipping documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, and other customs-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
- Visit supplier locations to conduct compliance audits and resolve logistics issues.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs, shipping lines, airlines, and customs authorities for smooth shipment execution.
- Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to global stakeholders.
- Optimize transportation routes to improve delivery timelines and reduce logistics costs.




- Ensure compliance with Incoterms 2020, HS Codes, customs duties, and international trade regulations.
- Maintain shipment records and supplier compliance data in SAP/Baan ERP.
- Support continuous process improvements and perform additional tasks assigned by management.
