Role & responsibilities

- Assist the Product Manager with product management activities
- Prepare basic costing details for current enquiries within the defined timeframe
- Prepare and maintain ISO documents related to sample development and post-production handover activities
- Ensure accurate SAP entries and maintain MDC records
- Prepare tooling purchase orders, GRNs, and gate passes for vendors
- Prepare tooling drawings and 3D models as applicable
- Attend molding trials and monitor execution per job card and process parameters
- Coordinate with shop-floor workers on mold assembly, oven loading, and press loading
- Provide daily reporting to the Product Manager on development activities
- Support the Product Manager on product design, qualification,



and specification preparation
- Participate in daily development meetings to review status and troubleshoot
- Track and report on quality performance of samples and development activities

Preferred candidate profile

Functional

- Mechanical engineering fundamentals
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Tooling/mold drawing and basic 3D modelling

Behavioral

- Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
