Roles and Responsibilities

- Perform breakdown maintenance, machine maintenance, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, hydraulic system maintenance, pneumatic system maintenance, utility maintenance, servo drive maintenance, PLC programming, HMI programming, VFD maintenance, MTBF analysis, and MTTR calculation.

- Troubleshoot issues with electrical systems and equipment to minimize downtime.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of failures and implement corrective actions.

- Conduct regular inspections of plant facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards.

- Develop and maintain documentation for maintenance procedures and records.

- Troubleshooting knowledge in Assembly machines and Injection molding machines

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-3 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field (electrical & electronics engineering preferred).

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution.

- Solid understanding of electrical principles, including electricity generation/distribution/control/mechanical systems/maintenance practices.
