Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by acquiring new clients for Domestic IT & Non-IT Staffing services.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, and key decision-makers.
- Lead contract negotiations, commercial discussions, and client onboarding.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Identify market opportunities, expand key accounts, and maximize client retention.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development within the Domestic Staffing/Recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of winning current business and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong network with enterprise clients and decision-makers across India.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead strategic client engagements and drive long-term business partnerships.
