Experience in client engagement and digital marketing within the Oil & Gas/ Offshore/ Marine sectors, along with a background in industrial engineering services, is preferred.

Role & responsibilities

- Generate and qualify international and domestic B2B leads to acquire new customers.

- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to convert prospects into long-term accounts.

- Visit clients regularly to understand requirements, build trust, and achieve revenue targets.

- Manage key accounts as the primary point of contact to ensure high customer satisfaction

- Execute B2B marketing strategies, including LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, and lead generation.

- Track sales and marketing performance metrics to optimize growth campaigns.





- Represent the company at trade shows, job fairs, and industry events for brand promotion.

- Monitor Oil & Gas/ Offshore/ Marine market trends to identify recent opportunities.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service fulfillment and delivery.

- Build and maintain strategic relationships with industry stakeholders and partners.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; MBA preferred

- Experience: 0 - 1 year / 1 - 5 years / 5 - 10+ years in B2B Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory, as the role requires regular communication and professional engagement with international clients.

- Candidates with experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development within the Oil & Gas, Offshore, or Marine sectors will be preferred

- Exposure to engineering services or industrial business environments will be an advantage.

- Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, and online lead generation is desirable

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Willingness to travel for business development activities
