Key Responsibilities

- Develop interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, timelines, and progress reports using Microsoft Project (MS Project).
- Analyze project data and generate periodic MIS reports for management review.
- Track design releases, engineering change requests, and part availability across project milestones.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely updates of project data in tracking systems.
- Support PMO activities through effective reporting and project monitoring.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Advanced Formulas, Charts, Dashboards).
- Hands-on experience in Power BI (Dashboard Development, Data Modeling, DAX, Visualization).
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Project (MS Project) for project planning,



scheduling, and tracking.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and data management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with 2-Wheeler Automotive terminology and vehicle development processes.
- Experience supporting Product Development or Engineering projects.
- Knowledge of PMO reporting and project lifecycle management is an added advantage.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in PMO, Project Data Analysis, MIS Reporting, Project Planning, or similar roles.
