- Monitor and control the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Operate distillation columns, reactors, centrifuges, and other equipment to produce high-quality chemical products.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks on plant machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements in production processes.
Job Requirements :
- 2-10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or life sciences industry setting.
- Robust knowledge of distillation column operation, reactor operations, centrifuge operation, and other relevant equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
