Role & responsibilities:

- Assist the Senior Merchandiser in day-to-day order execution: tracking sheets, vendor follow-ups, sample coordination
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date order, quotation, and vendor-communication records
- Coordinate with vendors on production timelines; follow up on outstanding samples or deliverables
- Support costing and quotation preparation under guidance
- Track order status end-to-end; proactively flag delays
- Build working knowledge of FITPLAY's vendor base, categories, and pricing logic over the first 36 months

Preferred candidate profile:

- Graduate in any discipline; fashion/textile/retail/business relevant backgrounds required
- 02 years' relevant experience - without internships
- Comfortable with Excel/Sheets and detail-heavy coordination work
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Based in or able to commute reliably to Gurgaon
