- Knowledge of general V-model development process
- Valuable knowledge of standard VW Norm for electronic design eg. VW80808,VW8000, VW90000, TL81000
- Structural working style and good analytic skills
- Able to work in Codebeamer, JIRA, Confluence
- Motivation and interest in new technology
- Good collaboration and soft skill to handle conflicts
- Supporting HW development on project management level
- Aligning internal and external stakeholders on HW topics
- Managing supplier and track activities and timeline
