Role & responsibilities
Handle and lead the sales team in the assigned territory
Appoint and manage distributors and retail outlets
Achieve monthly sales, distribution, and collection targets
Drive product visibility, availability, and market coverage
Train, guide, and monitor sales representatives/field staff
Build robust relationships with retailers and distributors
Track competitor activities and market trends
Execute trade schemes and promotional activities effectively
Submit regular sales and market reports
Requirements

Sales Officer General Trade
Industry: FMCG
Graduate in any discipline
3+ years of FMCG General Trade sales experience
Age : 25-38 Years ( Strictly)
Experience in team handling and distributor management
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of local market , ERP ep must
