We are looking for motivated ITI freshers to join our Pipe Coating Plant as Trainee Associates in the Operations team. The role involves hands-on exposure to production processes, coating operations, quality checks, and shop-floor activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily plant operations related to pipe coating processes
- Operate and monitor machinery under supervision
- Support production activities to meet daily targets
- Perform basic quality checks as per defined standards
- Maintain housekeeping and safety compliance on the shop floor
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Assist maintenance teams in basic troubleshooting (if required)
- Record production data and report to supervisors
Eligibility Criteria
- ITI (Industrial Training Institute) Fresher
- Trades Preferred: Fitter, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related
- Basic understanding of industrial operations (preferred but not mandatory)
Skills & Competencies
- Willingness to learn and adapt to shop-floor environment
- Basic technical aptitude
- Good discipline and safety awareness
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in shifts
Work Setting
- Shop-floor / manufacturing plant environment
- Exposure to industrial machinery and coating processes
- PPE compliance and safety adherence required
