- Achieve monthly retail, enquiry, booking, and profitability targets.
- Lead, coach, and monitor the dealership sales team.
- Drive enquiry generation, test drives, conversions, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure Toyota sales process, SOPs, and MIS compliance.
- Develop local market opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
