Role Overview
Seeking an experienced AI Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and AI solution delivery. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, solution architects, and engineering teams to define AI use cases, gather and document requirements, create user stories, support solution design, and drive adoption of AI-powered business capabilities. Experience in Generative AI (GenAI), AI/ML use cases, business process analysis, and Agile delivery is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI/GenAI opportunities and define business requirements.
- Conduct workshops, process analysis, and requirement gathering sessions.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with AI/ML engineers, architects, and data scientists to design practical AI solutions.
- Support backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
- Map current and future-state business processes.




- Validate AI solutions through UAT and ensure business objectives are met.
- Drive stakeholder communication, change management, and user adoption.
- Prepare business documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and presentation materials.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI initiatives.
- Robust business process analysis and requirement elicitation skills.
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to LLMs, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI platforms.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- AI, Business Analysis, Scrum, or Product Owner certifications are advantageous.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
