Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead with 5 8 years of expertise in building modern data analytics and dashboard solutions using cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in Python, PySpark, SQL, Databricks, and experience in developing high-performance dashboards and analytics platforms using tools like Grafana.

This role requires a blend of software engineering, data processing, data analytics and visualization expertise along with the ability to guide teams and drive technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable analytics platforms and dashboard solutions for business insights.
- Build interactive, real-time, and batch dashboards using Grafana and similar tools.
- Develop backend data processing logic using Python and PySpark on Databricks.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, data models, and visual analytics dashboards.
- Lead and mentor team members, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and performance optimization.
- Optimize data queries and datasets using advanced SQL techniques for efficient dashboard performance.
- Implement monitoring dashboards for business KPIs and system metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, analytics, business stakeholders).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across analytics platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest cutting-edge technologies in data engineering and visualization.

Required Skills

- Strong programming expertise in Python
- Hands-on experience with PySpark




- Practical experience working with Databricks
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (complex queries, optimization)
- Experience in Grafana or similar dashboard/visualization tools
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and data systems

Good to Have Skills

- Strong Data Analytics expertise (KPIs, dashboards, storytelling with data)

Qualifications

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5 8 years of experience in software development, data engineering, or analytics engineering
