Job Description: We are looking for a Field Support Engineer with good hands-on experience in desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners. The candidate should be able to handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT hardware and software. Responsibilities include visiting user locations, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners
- Provide onsite technical support for hardware and software issues
- Perform basic network and connectivity checks
- Maintain service logs and update issue status
- Ensure timely resolution of user problems
Skills Required:
