- Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of Utilities Systems (Centrifugal and Screw Compressor, Chillers, Cooling tower system, Boilers, WTP's, Hot/Cold Well) ensuring reliability, compliance, and cost efficiency.
- Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of critical and non-critical utility systems, including centrifugal compressors, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, cold/hot wells, and associated clean utilities (e.g., purified water, WFI, clean steam). Ensures compliance with GMP, FDA, and EHS standards while maintaining reliability and energy efficiency.
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance for compressors, chillers, boilers, and clean utility equipment.
- Manage CMMS for work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history.
- Monitor specific energy consumption (kW/TR, kW/CFM) and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Optimize cooling tower cycles of concentration, blowdown control, and water treatment.
- Support sustainability goals for water reuse and heat recovery.
- Implement LOTO, permit-to-work, and risk assessments for all utility operations.
- Ensure compliance with pressure vessel regulations, boiler codes, and refrigerant handling standards.
