Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage bancassurance partnerships with AU Bank to drive sales growth through cross-selling life insurance products.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase direct channel sales, banca sales, and insurance sales revenue.

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at AU Bank to identify new business opportunities and resolve issues.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive BFSI landscape.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales plans, product knowledge, and training programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in Bancassurance or related fields such as Direct Channel Sales, Banca Sales, or Cross Sales.

- Robust understanding of BFSIs (Banking Financial Services & Insurance) industry dynamics and regulations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
