Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer Python & Cloud Services with 3 5 years of experience in designing and developing scalable, secure, and cloud-native backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, RESTful APIs, Microservices, Microsoft Azure, and event-driven architectures, with hands-on experience in building reliable backend systems and data processing services.

This role offers an opportunity to work on contemporary cloud technologies, distributed systems, and IoT-driven platforms while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and service-oriented backend solutions.
- Develop and maintain microservices-based applications and distributed systems.
- Implement event-driven data ingestion and processing pipelines for IoT and telemetry-driven use cases.
- Design and integrate cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure services.
- Utilize Azure SDKs and platform services to support application functionality.
- Develop and optimize database schemas, queries, and data processing workflows using SQL and PostgreSQL.
- Ensure backend services are secure, scalable, and highly available.
- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for APIs and backend components.
