1- Expertise in robot programming (Fanuc, Yaskawa).

2- Managing Line & Manpower

3- Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical issues

4- Cycle Time Reduction: Identify bottlenecks on the shop floor. Eliminate waste using Lean manufacturing and Kaizen principles.

5- OEE Improvement: Track Overall Equipment Effectiveness. Analyze availability, performance, and quality metrics to boost output.

6- Troubleshooting: Address real-time machine breakdowns, material shortages, or tooling issues. Minimize line downtime immediately.

7- Standard Operating Procedures: Write and update transparent SOPs. Standardize work instructions to ensure operational consistency across shifts.

8- Defect Reduction:



Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using 5-Why and Fishbone diagrams. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

9-Statistical Process Control: Monitor production variations using SPC charts. Keep manufacturing processes within tight tolerance limits.

10- Audit Readiness: Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or specific industry standards. Keep detailed production logs and records.
