As a Trainee Recruiter, you will learn the end-to-end recruitment process for the US market, including:
• Sourcing candidates from job portals and databases
• Screening and evaluating candidate profiles
• Conducting initial candidate interactions
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate records
