Accounting & Book Finalization

- Independently manage complete books of accounts and accounting operations.
- Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Review and reconcile ledgers, bank accounts, debtors, creditors, and inter-company transactions.
- Ensure accuracy of accounting records and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare schedules and supporting documents for audits and management reporting.

Audit Management

- Handle statutory, tax, GST, and internal audits independently.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required data, reconciliations, and explanations.
- Resolve audit observations and ensure timely closure of audit requirements.
- Assist management in implementing financial controls and process improvements.

Taxation & Compliance

- Manage end-to-end TDS compliance including deduction, deposit, reconciliation, and return filing.
- Handle GST compliance including return filing, reconciliations, notices, assessments, and input tax credit verification.
- Ensure compliance with Professional Tax and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Monitor statutory due dates and maintain full compliance across multiple entities and clients.

PF, ESI & Payroll Compliance

- Manage PF and ESI compliances for multiple clients and business entities.




- Ensure timely filing of returns and statutory payments.
- Handle registrations, inspections, reconciliations, and compliance documentation.
- Address employee and client queries related to labour law compliances.

Merchant Refund Management

- Oversee merchant refund processing and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with merchants, operations, and finance teams for refund settlements.
- Establish and monitor refund control mechanisms and documentation processes.
- Guide internal stakeholders on refund procedures and compliance requirements.

Financial Reporting & MIS

- Prepare monthly MIS, financial reports, cash flow statements, and management dashboards.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights to management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Technical Skills

- Solid knowledge of Accounting, Book Finalization, Financial Reporting, and Audit Processes.
- Expert understanding of TDS, GST, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime/ERP and accounting software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, MIS reporting, data analysis, and financial modeling.
