About the Role

We are looking for an experienced FP&A; qualified to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, business partnering, and strategic financial decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong manufacturing finance expertise, a commercial mindset, and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning process.
- Prepare monthly MIS, management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for leadership.
- Perform detailed variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual vs. Forecast) and provide actionable business insights.
- Partner closely with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, sales, and operations teams to improve business performance.
- Develop financial models for business planning, new initiatives, investments, and strategic projects.
- Monitor key business KPIs, profitability, margins, working capital, and cash flow.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across manufacturing and operational functions.
- Support pricing decisions, business cases,



and investment evaluations.
- Collaborate with Finance Controlling and Accounting teams during month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support Capex planning, ROI analysis, and project financial evaluations.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement in financial reporting, planning, and analytics.
- Ensure high-quality financial data and maintain governance over planning processes.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

- CA and/or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
- 15+ years of experience in FP&A;, Business Finance, Commercial Finance, or Corporate Finance.
- Solid experience in a manufacturing environment is mandatory.
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, business partnering, and profitability analysis.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory, costing, and working capital.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment with the ability to build processes from the ground up.
