We are a leading Industrial Automation and Electrical Solutions company specializing in ABB Drives & Motors, Control Panels, Fluke Test & Measurement Instruments, and Industrial Automation Solutions. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Field Sales Engineers who are passionate about sales and technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities by visiting industrial customers and identifying their requirements.
- Promote and sell ABB Drives, Motors, Control Panels, Fluke Instruments, and industrial automation solutions.
- Understand customer applications and recommend suitable products and service solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Coordinate with the internal technical and service teams for smooth project execution.
- Promote annual maintenance contracts (AMC), repairs, spares, and other after-sales services.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare daily visit reports and maintain CRM updates.

Required Skills





- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust presentation and customer handling abilities.
- Basic understanding of electrical, electronics, instrumentation, or automation products.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and business development.
- Ability to learn technical products quickly.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate/Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical & Electronics, or related engineering disciplines preferred
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of B2B industrial sales experience will be preferred.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence for field sales
