We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead Quality Assurance for a global Core Banking Solution (CBS) provider serving financial institutions across Singapore, Ireland, and the APMEA region. This role is responsible for driving test strategy, leading QA teams, and ensuring high-quality product delivery across enterprise banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and own the end-to-end test strategy covering Functional, Automation, API, Mobile, and Performance Testing.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team, including resource planning, performance management, and capability development.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and sign off testing activities for product releases and client implementations.
- Drive defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality governance in collaboration with Development and Product teams.




- Track, analyze, and present test metrics, quality reports, and release readiness to senior leadership and global clients.
- Ensure adherence to QA best practices, testing standards, and continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications

- 10–12 years of Quality Assurance experience, including 3–5 years as a Test Manager.
- Experience in FinTech or Core Banking is strongly preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing, Functional Testing, Test Automation, API Testing, Mobile Testing, and Performance/Load Testing.
- Mandatory expertise in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar testing tools.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to present quality metrics to clients and senior management.
