Technical Project Manager | Day to Day

- Lead end to end planning and execution of technical projects across data, application, infrastructure, and platform initiatives.
- Partner closely with engineering, product, and business teams to define project scope, timelines, dependencies, resource needs, and success criteria.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project plans, status reports, and risk and issue logs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate stand ups, planning sessions, retrospectives,



and regular stakeholder updates to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and manage change requests while maintaining project momentum and delivery commitments.
- Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards and align with technical, security, and business requirements.

Technical Project Manager | Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in project or program management within a technical or technology driven environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex technical projects using formal project management methodologies.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern delivery practices.
- Experience working within Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models depending on project needs.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive projects to successful completion.
