Roles & Responsibilities

For Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager

Study customer requirements and participate in product development activities.

Review engineering drawings, specifications, and standards.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for sample and tool readiness.

Prepare development samples and ensure quality compliance.

Support product testing and validation as per DVP&R; requirements.





Participate in APQP, PPAP, and product launch activities.

Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates.

Support VAVE initiatives and continuous product improvements.

Coordinate tooling, fixtures, gauges, and inspection requirements.

For Deputy Manager / Manager

Lead complete NPD projects from customer requirement to product launch.

Manage multiple projects and ensure adherence to timelines.

Develop engineering documentation and support product costing activities.

Coordinate with OEM customers for approvals and project reviews.

Lead APQP, PPAP, DVP&R;, and product validation activities.

Drive safe and successful product launches.

Guide engineering teams on design, quality, and system requirements.

Lead product innovation, VAVE, and cost optimization initiatives.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project execution excellence.

Support concept design, reverse engineering, and product strategy initiatives.

Qualification

B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering
