Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Team Lead Motherhub Operations to oversee day-to-day Motherhub activities and ensure smooth operational performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage daily Motherhub operations.
- Lead, guide, and supervise the operations team.
- Ensure timely processing, dispatch, and operational compliance.
- Track productivity and maintain operational KPIs.
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain reports, records, and process adherence.
- Drive efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the hub.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 - 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, hub, or operations management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
