Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect fabricated, machined, electrical, and assembled SPM components as per drawings and standards.
- Prepare and maintain inspection records, checklists, and quality reports as per ISO 9001:2015.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, tolerances, and process requirements.
- Identify non-conformities, raise NCRs, and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, and Assembly teams for quality improvements.
- Perform final machine inspection, FAT support, and documentation handover.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T;, and measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, CMM, etc.).
- Understanding of fabrication, machining, electrical panels, and assembly processes in SPMs.
- Awareness of ISO 9001:2015 quality systems and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of problem-solving tools (5 Why, Fishbone, RCA).
